Sainath enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council after completing his LL.B. from Karnataka State Law University in 2016. His academic background also includes a B.Com from Jain University and a Diploma in General Management, equipping him with both legal expertise and strong business acumen.

As a Partner at Trust Law, Sainath specializes in dispute resolution, with a focus on commercial litigation and complex civil disputes. His experience spans recovery suits, SARFAESI proceedings, Original Applications before DRT, Securitisation Applications, and commercial suits. He has also represented the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) in major land arbitration disputes.

Beyond commercial disputes, his dispute resolution expertise extends to civil matters, including Land Acquisition Law, Partition Suits, Injunctions, Specific Performance, Suits for Declaration, and Motor Vehicle Disputes.
