C. Deepak Kumar graduated with a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry since 2016. He later pursued an LL.M. in Corporate and Banking Law from O.P. Jindal University, Sonipat.

Based in Chennai, he has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation across Tamil Nadu. He has successfully represented clients in a diverse range of legal matters. Mr. Kumar is a seasoned litigator and dispute resolution expert, appearing before various legal forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), National Green Tribunal (NGT), Arbitration panels, and District & Sessions Courts.

On the criminal side, he has defended clients in cases involving cheating, assault, white-collar crimes, and other serious offenses. Through meticulous case preparation, sharp cross-examination skills, and persuasive courtroom advocacy, he ensures fair trials and just outcomes for his clients.

He has also filed multiple writ petitions before the Hon’ble Madras High Court and has represented clients in various courts across Chennai, including the City Civil Court, Labour Courts, various Tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.

In 2021, he was empanelled as an advocate for the State Industrial Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT). Earlier, in 2019, he was appointed as a panel advocate for the Tamil Nadu Industrial Cooperative Bank (TAICO).
