We have extensive experience working with private equity, venture funds, and high-net-worth investors on the equity side. We are equally focussed on start ups and founders - providing them support throughout their journey from seed to angel to series. Our services cover a broad range of areas, including fresh issuance and secondary transactions, minority rights, shareholders agreements, creditor rights, corporate governance, matters related to bylaws, and employment relationships, including ESOPs. In addition to counseling clients on routine matters, we are well-equipped to respond promptly and effectively to event-based challenges and crises. We also assist clients in addressing regulatory and compliance-related issues, such as those requiring government, statutory, and/or regulatory approvals including FEMA, and SEBI compliances.

On debt financing, we regularly advise clients on a wide range of domestic financing transactions. Our expertise covers a variety of debt instruments and products including structured debt, construction finance, loan against property, lease rental discounting, acquisition finance, securitization, and restructuring. We have worked with clients from a diverse range of industries, including real estate, logistics, and hospitality, among others.
