Vivek has over 18 years of experience in leading law firms, funds, and in-house legal roles. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, debt & structured financing, compliance, and general corporate matters across financial services, banking, real estate, and hospitality.

He regularly advises boards, founders, and senior management on legal, compliance, regulatory issues, whistleblower cases, government investigations, and commercial disputes.

Prior to Trust Law, he worked at Piramal Capital and Infosys Limited, beginning his career at Amarchand Mangaldas. He is a graduate of NUJS, Kolkata, and is enrolled with The Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
