JP Darshan graduated with a B.A. LL.B from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies (BILS), Karnataka State Law University in 2018. He was enrolled as an Advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council on November 3, 2018.

He began his career as an Associate-Trainee at Fox Mandal Law Firm, where he worked on General Corporate, Capital Markets, and Technology Laws. During this time, he gained extensive experience in corporate law and played a key role in drafting complex commercial contracts. He successfully advised multinational companies, start-ups, and corporations on legal compliance and best business practices.

To gain deeper expertise in dispute resolution, he joined Ayana Legal under Dr. Rama R. Iyer, Managing Partner of the firm. At Ayana Legal, he gained substantial experience in civil and criminal litigation, representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including:

  • District Courts
  • Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
  • Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)
  • Consumer Forums
  • National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
  • High Court of Karnataka

His litigation practice focused on the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, SARFAESI Act, and corporate laws. Additionally, he developed expertise in title scrutiny of properties, drafting conveyance deeds, and providing legal opinions on property laws.

In early 2022, JP Darshan joined Trust Law Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner. He now heads the Civil Litigation practice, representing both corporate and individual clients before:
