Sudharsan Suresh graduated from Bangalore University and enrolled as an Advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council in 2010. With 14 years of experience, he has worked on both contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
His past experience includes roles at leading law firms such as King and Partridge, Bangalore, and Crest Law, Bangalore, where he was a Senior Associate. He has also assisted Mr. K.V. Dhananjay, an eminent advocate.
Trained under experienced professionals, Sudharsan has developed expertise in a wide range of legal areas, including civil and criminal law, insolvency, matrimonial disputes, constitutional law, corporate litigation, mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, estate management, real estate, educational law, intellectual property, data protection, taxation, regulatory compliance, and transactional deals.
In 2016, he co-founded Trust Law, a full-service law firm, and in 2022, he was promoted to Senior Partner, leading the Dispute Resolution team. Over his career, he has represented a diverse clientele, including individuals, high-net-worth individuals, corporations, government entities, and statutory bodies. He has also taken up pro bono cases for community benefit.
Sudharsan regularly appears before multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Bangalore, Bombay, and New Delhi, including the High Courts across India and the Supreme Court of India. He has a notable number of reported judgments to his name, along with several legal publications.
