Jagdish has over 15 years of experience, having worked at India’s leading law firms and as an Independent Legal Practitioner. His expertise includes capital markets (IPO, IPP, QIP, takeover regulations), private equity investments, compliance, debenture issuances, and general corporate matters across sectors such as real estate, banking, education, hospitality, infrastructure, contract research, and human resources.

He regularly advises corporates on contractual disputes, regulatory compliance (including SEBI regulations), and general corporate advisory. He also counsels fintech companies on contractual matters and serves as General Counsel for a leading real estate firm in Bangalore and a digital pharmaceutical distribution start-up.

Before joining Trust Law, he worked at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., AZB & Partners, and Wadia Ghandy & Co. He holds degrees from University Law College and Queen Mary University of London.
